My Why

For a long time, I was doing “everything right” on paper — successful, driven, checking all the boxes — while my closest relationship was quietly falling apart.

When I hit rock bottom in my own relationship, I realized something huge: we’re taught so much in school and in our careers, but almost nothing about the most important area of our lives — how to be in a relationship.

I spent the last decade going all-in on this gap. I practice Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and related modals, and I’ve logged over 10,000 hours of coaching individuals and couples. In that time, I’ve refined an efficient, powerful model for breaking long-standing patterns of disconnection.

Now, this is the work I offer to my clients: a practical, compassionate, no-BS path to rewiring the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can actually enjoy the life and love you’ve worked so hard to build.

As a Certified Master Professional Coach through the ICF-accredited Certified Life Coach Institute, I integrate outcome-oriented methodologies into my practice. This includes cognitive and behavioral frameworks, Relational Living, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions.

My approach is clinically informed, grounded in nervous system awareness, and personalized to the needs of each client. I help individuals build insight, develop adaptive coping strategies, and cultivate intentional alignment in both their relationships.
